Team Fighting Diabetes is attending the 2011 San Jose "Step Out" walk/run event in October. We will have warm-up/training activities throughout the year. A Meetup for people interested in group bicycling or roller-blading, skiking and hiking in the Fremont, Union City, Newark (FUN) area. The focus is on social, OFF-ROAD (no dodging cars and inhaling fumes), but paved trail rides and rolls on weekdays in the FUN area. Rides/rolls usually end with a bit of tailgating, coffee shop or picnic-with-view time.

Meet other bicyclists that are interested in regular rides at a brisk pace (15-20mph). We are currently riding 2-3x/week in the evenings (9:45-11:00pm). The course is a 2.3 mile circuit in Dublin, CA. (Most of us are not categorized USCF racers; we aim to stay fit and throw in a few sprints for fun.) Why so late?
